TriStar (Sanmenxia Tristar Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) was established in 2000 and is headquartered in Sanmenxia, Henan Province, China. It is a national high-tech enterprise and a provincially certified “Specialized and Innovative” enterprise focused on the primary aluminum industry. We integrate R&D, manufacturing, sales, and commissioning to provide global aluminum clients with efficient, safe, and intelligent one-stop solutions.
Over the past two decades, TriStar has built a highly skilled team of over 90 engineers and 152 total employees. We operate a fully independent manufacturing base and smart workshop equipped with over 100 advanced CNC machines and automated processing equipment covering lathe, milling, drilling, boring, laser cutting, robotic welding, and more.
Our core products include:

- Sow casting and T-ingot casting machines

- Dross removal and stacking robots
- Online measurement and control systems
These products cover the full ingot casting process and are widely used in primary aluminum production facilities across China and in global markets.
Since 2014, TriStar has held EU CE certification, marking the start of our international journey. We have successfully exported to Turkey, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Angola, Indonesia, and more. To date, we have served over 60 domestic and international aluminum smelters, installed more than 130 production lines, and supported an annual production capacity exceeding 22.4 million tons.
