In aluminum ingot casting, TriStar has developed a full range of proprietary core products:
- Continuous ingot casting machines
- Sow and T-type (rectangular) ingot casting machines
- Dual-mode casting lines
Key innovations include:
- Low-dross casting systems, significantly reducing impurity formation and enabling unmanned dross removal
- Smart mold cleaning systems and anti-clog suction pipe technology, which enhance process efficiency and casting quality
In industrial robotics, our R&D achievements include:
- Fully automatic packaging robots
- Cartesian stacking robots
- Dross removal robots
These systems greatly increase productivity and operational safety.
Notably, TriStar partnered with Germany’s TITAN to co-develop automatic packaging robots, now successfully used by clients in Turkey and Malaysia—showcasing our global-level technology and expanding international reach.
TriStar holds 47 national patents, including invention patents and software copyrights, securing our product performance and competitiveness. Continued R&D ensures our leading position in the aluminum equipment industry and contributes to its broader advancement.
